Our Mission & Vision
Fostering Hope was started out of a desire to help support and provide for foster families and relative caregivers. As of December 2022, there were 7,614 children in the foster care system in the state of Arkansas. 42% are ages 5 and under, 34% are ages 6-13, and 18% are ages 14-17. Fostering can be a lonely journey, but it doesn't have to be!
As followers of Christ, we have a responsibility to come alongside families and help them navigate the fostering and adoption world. All throughout Scripture, we see God's faithfulness displayed. Isaiah 1:17 says, "Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow." This isn't simply a "do good things" verse for Christians, but it's a command to rise up and share the Gospel through providing for the unjust and fatherless.

Currently, Fostering Hope provides scholarships up to $500 for summer camps and a monthly support group based in Northwest Arkansas. For more information, check out the Ministries tab.

Fostering Hope for Our Community
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide financial, spiritual, and informational sources to foster parents and relative caregivers going through the fostering process.
In the state of Arkansas, 41% of placements are with a relative while the remaining 59% are with a traditional foster home. We desire to care for both of these populations through resources available to our foundation.
Our Vision
Taking a child, or multiple children, into your home can be an expensive feat and often costs more than the monthly stipend given. Our vision is to provide financial resources for recreational activities that support the emotional, social, physical and spiritual development of the child that are often costly and more than the stipend. This also creates normalcy for the child so they can be a kid like any other kid.

We currently offer scholarships to summer camp and support groups for foster parents. More information can be found under the Ministries tab above.
